By joining the Noma community, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Voluntary Participation: Membership in the Noma Home Sharing community is entirely voluntary. You choose to join and participate at your own discretion.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that engaging in group activities may involve inherent risks. The community creators and administrators do not guarantee the safety or outcome of any booking, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and discharge the creators and administrators of the Noma Home Sharing group from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, which may arise out of or in connection with your participation in the group activities.
No Guarantees or Warranties: The group creators make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided within the group. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
Independent Decision-Making: You are responsible for independently assessing the suitability of any community activity for your own safety and well-being. The group creators are not responsible for individual decision-making.
Modification of Terms: The community creators reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
Legal regulations: Hosts are responsible for ensuring compliance with local subletting regulations.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given prior to granted access into the Whatsapp Group and spreadsheet. Part of the fee goes towards our team vetting and providing access to the group which is why we have it set up this way. For recurring subscriptions, if you cancel prior to being charged for the next period, you will be removed from the group but are welcome to rejoin at any time. We send two reminder emails about upcoming renewals. Once you have been charged for the next subscription period, refunds will not be issued. If you are not contacted by email prior to the renewal because you incorrectly put in your contact info then you will not be refunded. However, you can cancel your membership to prevent future charges, and you will be removed from the group at the end of the current subscription period..
